After launching the website and making it largely functional we are now awaiting your arrival in numbers. Some of you are already there, but more and more are required to make the site vibrating. Please therefore, log on to the URL:<www.bhatnagars-worldwide.com> and register as an esteemed member of the community if you have not done it already. All members of the Kayastha biradari are welcome. Also please subscribe to the Newsletter simultaneously, as it is going to bridge the gap between your inbox and the website in a big way in days to come. You can also contribute to the Newsletter by writing a piece to go as “Between Us!” and send it to:< This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it >for inclusion in the next issue of the Newsletter. The only condition is that it has to be in the nature of a message to the larger biradari.
In the very first issue of our Newsletter while announcing the launching of the website, we had mentioned about adding a feature for creating an online data base of the members. Well, this feature has now been added into the website and can be made use of to enlist the name, address and phone number of each Member of the Community. We hope to be able to eventually compile this information in such a way that it evolves into an online comprehensive Directory of the Members of the community. It is expected that it will reflect in ample measure the complexion of the community and also provide ample data for carrying out meaningful analysis.
The biggest advantage of this online Directory will be its easy availability and accessibility to all the registered members all the time in the most updated format. Why we say most updated is because its updating will be in the hands of the enlisted members themselves all the time, and they will be able to update their entries as soon as any change occurs in any or all the enlisted particulars. On our part we will devise means to remind the members to update the data from time to time.
Please use this feature to enlist yourself and each one of the members of your family into the data base of the Directory to make it useful to the full extent. It goes with out saying that the Directory will be useful only when it will include as many members of the community as possible. The more the names in the Directory the more it will become useful.
It need not be emphasized that BHATNAGARS-WORLDWIDE is your website created to serve your needs online. Its effectiveness will depend on your direct participation and contribution to it. We therefore look forward to your active cooperation in making it a success so that it may serve you better. Needless to say it will be as useful and lively, as you make it.
