The news of the publication of the above titled book a few years back was brought to the esteemed members of the Bhatnagars-worldwide Group Forum on Yahoo by me through a communication posted to the Group Forum in response to a call given by the Group to focus on the literary contribution of the members of the community.
I recently came across an interesting book written by Shri P.S.Bhatnagar, titled as, “Behind the Power - vignettes from my life in IAS.” The book is precious not only because it makes an interesting reading, but also because it gives ample insight into the working of the complex power corridor of the bureaucracy of India responsible for carrying out the agenda of governance of this vast and varied country.
